Airtel claimed that they called from 2 numbers (which they did) and i did answer it. But when i answered it they didn't even answer or talk. Simply they cut the call.

I am a big jackass and i believed a bots reply had a chat with airtel specialist online in airtel website. She said 8 Mbps is feasible for my area and i believed it and opted for the connection online. Still nothing has been done and today i got a call from Airtel executive saying let me check area feasibility and when he got back he said my area is feasible upto 2 Mbps only lol..i was so stupid that i didn't call the proper guys before taking the decision. So now i am planning to ask for a refund and after few months i am thinking for going for Airtel when 4Mbps and above is available in my area :russianroulette::russianroulette::russianroulette:

Before calling Airtel, check if you have EDP box near your home. Check what plans your immediate neighbors are using. That's the real feasibility test.

@India_King No banners or any box is seen in my street. Could you tell me how EDP box looks like. And from my knowledge no one is using Airtel in our street

Yup waiting for their refund and without broadband connection now lol...bsnl down for 4 days, only 3g helping me lol..trusted Airtel
