HELP!!!!! ANYONE!!!! WiFi Problem

HI Everyone,i have a bsnl broadband unlimited plan that gives speed of 256kbps. well the problem is that when i connect my pc to the internet using ethernet cable at that very moment i cannot connect to wifi internet with my laptop, anor with my PSP(playstationportable). when the pc is connected to internet the laptop give error of username and password being wrong, and when wifi is connected my pc gives the same error. let me put it straight I CANNOT CONNECT TWO INTERNET NETWORKS (ONE WIRELESS AND OTHER WIRED OR BOTH WIRELESS) WITH MY ROUTER. My router is Dataone Huawei wa1003a. i know there is some settings problem. please help me

Try in "Always On" mode now.
Enable DHCP in LAN page
Range as 192.168.1.3 to 192.168.1.20 (say)

In computer desktop and laptop
Start network lan wireless lan
properties
Network settings
TCP/IP
Properties
Select Obtain IP address automatically
IN dns if needed
208.67.220.220
and 208.67.222.222
apply Ok or save.

2. presume you have created a wireless LAn in laptop.
First try with LAN/ethernet Rj45 connection.
