Help ! Best 2Mbps Unlimited Broadband : Kolkata

Currently using BSNL Broadband (2.5GB) Free 2am-8am, upto 2MBPS. I get about 1500-1700/- every month as I go over my limit every month. 2.5GB is just not right. So I'm thinking of getting a new broadband connection and I want these :
- 2 Mbps
- Unlimited
- Dynamic IP
- No FUP
I did a comparison of few broadband services in the morning and here are the plans what I found.
1. Tata Docomo : 1999/-
2. Siti Broadband : 2266/-
3. Meghbela : 3800/-
4. Alliance : 1399/-
5. Wishnet : 1999/-
6. Reliance : 1099/- (4Mbps) Feasible, says CC. Requested new connection long time back, didn't get any response.
7. Sify : 1399/-

What are you going to use the connection for? Alliance Broadband is pretty good, but it depends on your LCO. Reliance has mixed service here, some areas its good and in some very bad. Meghbela is over expensive and not worth it.

Usually browsing all day, connect to WiFi modem, multiple users, downloading games and such.
Reliance is not going to respond, I think. Does Alliance provide dynamic IP ?

alliance provides dynamic global ip and a static lan ip

+1. Even now, if his Connection / line quality is good, then he should just get the 1445 plan. Its 2 Mbps Unlimited anyways

Nearly everyone who is on this plan, are getting high speeds after fup. I am able to get nearly 2mbps speeds on torrents and downloads, after using about 25 gb (post fup)
