help!! cant access default gateway

i got a 900UL plan a few days back. I've got a WA3002-g1 modem.

the problem is when i type the username and password at http://192.168.1.1/
the login screen reappears again.i cant login.i tried using admin,it didnt work.

also, i cant access the web for a few hours daily.this happens mostly in the evening.but no problem with limewire during this time.tried different browsers.it also didnt work.

i have not tried resetting the modem.if it is to done,plz provide a detailed instruction on how to reset it.

for all ID is admin
