Help! Error: Connection To Server Is Reset.

hi to all


i am facing strange problem with mtnl broadband. for last 2 weeks i am getting error " Connection to server is reset". and all my downloads are terminated.
This error occurs every 30 min and local network connection icon shows as if router is restarted.
Don't know what to do.
any solution???

try using Download manager which supports REsume support.I use flash get.Also check if there is any disturbance in line!
