Help me Find the Album by Gulzar

Hello everyone.Yesterday I just got a lift by a stranger.He was listening to Gulzar's ghazals that I liked a lot but I dont know to which album do they belong.I just remember that in that album he was speaking shers before the starting of approximately each song.Please help me find the album if possible.

Yupp.Jagjit Singh was also there and I remember that there was a ghazal on rain too.
