My Grandstream device has multiple LAN ports, and I followed the same steps you mentioned (added one port to a newly created bridge in Mikrotik, and the trunk registered properly). However, I’m still unable to make or receive calls.
Finally, I am able to make calls from the Grandstream device via the trunk. However, when I try to call the VoIP number from outside (incoming calls), I get a message saying, "This number does not exist."
May be problem in NAT, Mikrotikrouter not forwarding the packets to grandstream device. To avoid this only suggestion is to configure VOIP client IP in grandstream device itself, in that way NAT will be avoided. This is how i configured for Airtel.
