Redmi Note 11 is a good phone in its own right for normal usage, not much for gaming.

In comparison Realme 8 is better for faster processor, better camera, HDR 10 Display, 4K recording support, EIS.
Realme 8 already has Android 12 available with Realme UI3 whereas Note 11 is on Android 11 with MIUI.
You can get Realme 8 4/128GB version at Rs 11,499 whereas Redmi Note 4/64GB sells at Rs 12,499 with offer.
