Help needed in configuring BSNL Nokia Siemens Residential Router 1600.

Hi ,I have been given BSNL WIFI modem. I have configured the modem by getting the relevant information from net. I have set it up as Dial up network and while trying to connect with user id and password , I am getting Error 676: The other computer did not respond. Help needed in this regard. TIA.

START RUN type cmd Ok
New window
type ipconfig /all

Copy/Paste data here ( No EDIT)

3. you can try "AlwaysOn" PPPoE mode.
Also check in Diagnostics Page "FAIL" components.

Don't try to make it a dial up. I too struggled about a week for it and finally put my user id and password in the modem settings. Now whenever I switch ON the modem, it will start the internet connection.I don't know why it keeps giving such errors whether our settings are perfect.(At least according to the instructions and guidelines.)

I have a Nokia Siemens Residential Router 1600.I have figured a problem recently.Whenever I try to attach any file in my mail account, it takes a long time, then the internet connection goes into limited connectivity and I have to reset the lan adapter to access the net. It happens every time I try to attach a file.I am using Windows 7.

Whenever I try to attach any file in my mail account, it takes a long time

Which mail account ? Yahoo Hotmail gmail or OE outlook etc ?
3.
Check "STICKY" post wa3002_g4 quick reference for settings.
4.
Mention the type of file you want to attach. jpg rar. pdf zip etc.
