Help Needed::Took a new Fiber connection and facing issues.

Hello All,

I have took a new fiber connection by disconnecting the earlier private operator which was working fine, however i wanted to have voice and as BSNL is providing OTTs and IFTV. Ever since i took it not good experience. Here are my issues.

1. As my main aim was to use VoIP , but the phone number itself is saying inactive when checking ONT page for VOIP Status
2. My connection is one with Hotstar and Sonyliv subscription bundled, but till now i didn't get any kind of SMS from BSNL regarding this. Whenever i tried to Add on subscription i am getting the following error "The mandatory attribute Registration Mobile No. of offer OTT-ADD-ON-MANORAMAMAX is required"

The JTO is saying give 1-2 days to sort the issue and LCO will be sorting out but i am skeptical in her words. It would be really helpful if any of you guys know escalation platforms to fix the problems fast .
