HELP! New Broadband Service?

Hello, I'm Thox from Mizoram in NE India.I just don't know how to specific with my Question! But, what I really need to know is about whose company/provider will I contact because, I have a business plan to give out Broadband Connection in Mizoram, (Even though BSNL is here in my State)What I mean is, I want have a some kind of Broadband Network or something like that, so I can give Broadband Connection in Aizawl as a business.I would be grateful if somebody help and guide me on this matter.Thank You.

i think you should advertise yourself through local newspaper and cable channels...[offtopic]i've spent 3 years of my childhood life in Aizawl, Mizoram...this is one of the most beautiful places that I remember and it's my dream to go there again now when I can really cherish those beautiful mountains, fountains, small bananas, bamboo houses, and everything there...just imagining about that place gives me a great sense of euphoria[/offtopic]
