Help on wiring the AIrtel Broadband

Dears
I have a beetel router with Airtel broadband.. Can anyone tell me how to wire it ? There is one more small connector box that has 3 ports.. phone & data on one end.. and line on the other. Router has line, lan1 , lan2, lan 3 etc.
ALso, what settings do I need to maintain for WAN interface in router ? Can anyone using Airtel please give a screenshot ?

The small box is the splitter which has to be connected to the main telephone line.
Phone socket connect to your phone instrument. Data socket connect to modem.
Your system connects to any one of the ports in the router.
