Help! Online Recharge

I recently brought BSNL Evdo , getting decent speed of 150-200KBps but thats not the issue here. I want to do an online recharge and my no is what to say like a landline no. - starts with state std code 651-29XXXXX. I want to know how to do the online recharge , I tried Paytm and one another portal which they both said no is not valid , please help!
