Help Required !!!
Guys , I purchased Nothing phone 2 with exchange offer ( 4k bonus + exchange value of older device) and chose the option of device pickup after 7 days if delivery.
Now when 7 days are past, Flipkart cancelled the older device pickup on its own and customer service is saying that its been cancelled by seller probably due to unsatisfactory condition of device . Its a blatant lie as nobody from Flipkart reached to me for device pickup.
I have been just waiting to device to be picked up.

What can I do now ?
It would be a loss of INR 8500K for me if they don't pickup the exchange device.
I wouldn't have bought this phone if not for exchange bonus.

Since it's Flipkart, nothing could be done. Still complain in consumer forum and try your luck.

Flipkart is terrible in such scenarios and your best hope is post it on social media and tag them (If you have good reach it may help), otherwise as @ritwik2000 mentioned register a complaint right now on National Consumer Helpline. They sometimes mention the same reason copy pasted and close the complain.
Also What was your payment method? (I've never exchanged so i don't know like can i place CoD order and just like this scenario they don't pickup after 7 days how are they going to recover money from me?)

Have you already paid that 8500? If not then temporarily block your card or turn off online transaction in your card. Then they will come to terms.

They copy pasted the reply "exchange device didn't meet quality criteria".
I don't know how they can judge the device condition without even sending someone to house. Just telling blatant lies.
After that no response from them

@AAK If you dont get sattisfactory help from consumer forum online then you can file your complain to district consumer court.

that would be a liitle tedious but it will be worth it, once in district consumer court they will surely do the needful/
