I'm trying to figure figure out to connect telehpone with my bsnl ftth ont but there is no option in the configuration page? Can someone help

I'm trying to connect telephone rj13 to TEL1 slot on the modem. there is no voice/sound on the telephone, but when I pickup the receiver phone led lights up on modem but still no voice/sound just nothing.
