HELP URGENT !!!Internet LED indicator always On Modem Type W3002G4 unable to connect

I have a Toshiba M200 Laptop Operating system is Vista Business for the past 20 days My modem which is W3002G4 Model The LED indicator of internet remains on inspite of no connection with internet i.e whenever i switch on the modem on the POWER indicator(RED) DSL indicator(YELLOW) then the WAN(GREEN) indicator and then immeditely the INTERNET (GREEN) indicator starts glowing that to without blinking , as a result of the same i am unable to connect to the internet . I have tried to connect to the internet both using WIFI and Ethernet Cable but no luck . KINDLY HELP ME OUT AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE . THANKSSSSSSSSSSSSS
 
Power LINK LAN LED's will remain stable, if connected and data downloaded, Data/LAN LED's will blink.
Are you using a dialer to connect / or is it "AlwaysOn " mode ?
If you can check your usage with Portal ID/14digit and password,
change UserID password to old password again and try.
Check modem settings again.

Post the ADSl status showing snr/attn line speed Mod etc ..
In the Diagnostics page which entries show FAIL? post screen shot.
 
I have the same modem and had the same problem.Got solved now after I changed the PPPoE User name and pw in Modem Menu. It was set to multiplay previously. Try doing that!
