Help with download speed

I have been using bsnl Broandband night unlimited plan for past 6 months..
I mostly use it for torrenting..
I am private tracker user and able to get average 225 kbps download speed :iomg: usually.
But for past 6 or 7 days my speed not going beyond 120 kbps :huh:..
I also check speed on for direct download and same there only got 130 kbps speed on direct download using Internet download manager...
