hey! tune status is LOCKED, wht does it mean? it shows in system details

go to system details, tune status is ' LOCKED ', is it good for us?, does it mean we cant use the dish and setop box with another service provider.

Yes U cannot use the STB with other Service Providers..

Wrong .... remove the dish wire from behind th STB ...now check it.. you will see it is unlocked....

Tune status 'LOCKED' means STB tuner has been locked to particular frequency & decoder chip is ready for processing the Audio/Video data received on that frequency. For normal users it simply means signal is received properly

Simply it means that you can not recieve any other FTA channels while you are watching Tata Sky.
