Hi, After so much thinking I switched from bsnl bb to fibre, in which i noticed sizable increase in speed both download and upload.
I have some queries which may be answered.
1. Does the bsnl supply dynamic ip address to this type of connection like bb, where you get different ips on each login.
2. In Dsl modem, there is a page of status showing the download and upload connection speed in operational status.
But I do not find any such thing in fibre broadband. I am using Digisol xpon onu modem, which supports both ethernet and wifi connection.
In otherwords, where i could get this information.
3 how can i access plan details etc
4. I got the connection from a near place. But I want to know, how bsnl actually give fibre connection. Is the same main cable connection used for bb, also used for giving this connection
This is for academic knowledge.
In this type of connection , a black cable is being connected to a box and from that a yellow wire of lesser width is connected to the blackwire and the other end is connected to the ont modem. Could some one explain this type of connection.
