hi still couldnt understand the home 500 unlimited night between 0200 to 0800 !!!!

its simple,ur not changed to 500 plan,but change to VPN i guess that the reason showing this much datacheck out userinfo in that pageand service order recoredstell what is there,if possible post screenshots

Really true "VPN" is there and it may be they have changed your plan wrongly........to another one....

it should be like this,i also changed from ul to 500



it changed on nov 1st in morning 11.53am as shown in service order records

but VPN plans or either 512 or 256kbps,how much speed ur getting
i also remember vpn are unlimited,may be i mistaken

pls take printouts of everypage of usage as early as possible,to be on safe side
and complain to commercial tax officer immediately tomorrow
