High Latency during Downloads in Netplus Broadband

@Kaiju404 I have not reported on PG Portal yet, i am trying to reach out to their engineers who can actually look into this matter.
Nodal have replied back saying this is supposed to have when bandwidth is choked/saturated. He is not wrong nor right on this, because with proper QoS even with full bandwidth utilization the latency does not increase if queue management, policies are set so other packets travel first which are time sensitive without being delayed behind larger packets. Today if they did not respond back and close my ticket again, I will report it on PG Portal for sure.
 
Brothers its a home internet connection, not leased line. They are least bothered about who's getting the wrong latency when saturating download. This not even an advertised feature. The only permanent solution is to have QoS at your own end or get a leased line where matters like this actually are considered.

Nobody is going to change their traffic management policies because saturating plan bandwidth is giving users problems, they'll simply tell you to purchase a higher plan.
