After getting a static IP address from my ISP (Airtel Xstream Fibre), I’ve been experiencing high ping while gaming.
I primarily play Warzone and Valorant. Previously, I used to get 30ms ping on Valorant’s Mumbai server and 75-80ms on Warzone’s Singapore server. However, after the switch, my ping has increased to around 60ms in Valorant and 100+ms in Warzone.
I’m not very familiar with networking, so I’m unsure what to do. Should I wait a few days to see if it stabilizes, or should I contact my ISP and ask them to revert the changes?
