High Ping in airtel broadband !

I am having similar issue with Airtel since erm last month. I was inactive for a while but i tried it on like 10th of March and my ping got messed up with all servers.
For 2-3 servers its funny that i am getting 200 ping where i used to get 300+ earlier and most of all servers i get 200 now i getting 300 above.
So results:
A UK server i think.

Why is TTL different btw there
i am greatly annoyed with this
my holidays are coming and this is killing all the fun!
