High Ping issue since 2 weeks.

it could be due to the rains.i have been facing frequent disconnections since the past few days. 2-3 days it was very high, then it stopped. worked well for 4 days, again since 2 days sometimes i get disconnections. im not sure if my problem is due to rains, but i havent faced anything like this ever before for the past 3 years, so i assume its the rains.too busy to deal with the headache of MTNL babus.
