@nishantt6969 ping is something not everyone understand and gives af about it. I remember back in 2010 when I went to BSNL Office and met SDO and explained him everything, finally he shifted my connection through different exchange and ping was reduced by 40ms(that was DSL connection).
IDK if airtel will take step towards it, or unless if they gets mass complaints.

I've called their senior technician, I told him.. fix is ASAP..

They told me after 2hr, they've fixed it check it now..it didn't.

Then they told me you'll get this much ping. I told him just yesterday I had my friend on AirTel in the same vicinity do a ping test and he was getting 11ms and I'm getting 20ms, despite being on static IP, fix it or I'm leaving.

He told me he's looking into it..

lol to me too, NOC guy said "sir isse kam nahi ho sakta". what ping you guys get pinging broadbandforum.co ?

broadbandforum is using Cloudflare as a proxy, so by default you should connect to it's nearest Colo based on the tier or free admin is using.

Code:

For me it's 180ms. Lol. Asked one more person using airtel in jharkhand and he was also having high pings. Airtel connects to FRA using warp+. Everything is so weird.

Closest Colo to me is Kanpur(KNU) still cf warp decides me to push to FRA.

I have moved the entire Cloudflare network over to warp; so there has not been any quirky POP issues.
WARP is not being hosted in KNU. Only the biggest DC's are providing it.
For India, I'd guess it is just BNG and BOM.
Other than that, they are also the internal routing set by Airtel itself.
