had the problem before in day time it slows down and ping was high like someone using from same fiber, single thread download speed was slowing down Did lot of complaining even they dont know , they said we checked everything from backend . customer care said if its working better from VPN use that lol.
It got fixed automatically. Unless u get in touch with person that actually knows whats happening in tech level . Airtel wont give so much time for one person problem.

Yea they fixed it today for everyone i guess
They ended up botching up my connection even more.. In the beginning it was 9ms to Delhi, it was 19ms recently, then 24ms and now it's straight up 30ms to Delhi..
And the NOC team is saying anything under 50ms is fine..
To which I replied.. : I ain't paying 4xmore and seprate static IP fee, just so I get a worse experience compared to you basic connections.. fix it or I'm moving myself as well as 40+ connections throughout the city.
They re-opened the complaint and now sending me a distt. engineer to my house today. I'm not gonna yield on 19ms to their gateway today, I want under 40ms on CS..
