high speed broadband to rural villages

hello, i am vinay from a rural village in guntur in Andra pradesh(i was just shifted from Hyderabad).i am a online stock trader and domain reseller.my daily usage is around 2 to 3 GB(combined of upload and download).i need at least 150 KBPS(1.2mbps)upload speed and 50KBPS(400kbps)downloading speed. any network is providing that type of broadband connection.
