So, I live at ambala atm, shifting to Panchkula soon on coming January .Now I need a broadband plan. I have got the modem.Please suggest me some.I download on an average some 1tb/month ! from college Internet which gives me around 2mb/s ( 16mbit ) from torrents 
I have heard about relience , but may be some of panchkula's local who are members here can recommend me some better ISP's ?Speeds around 6mbit to 10mbit i.e ~1mb/s actual down speeds will be great on my needs. Upload speeds doesn't much matter to me.I can manage upto 1500 rs per month. Though relience offers 4/4 @ 1099 but If some Local ISP's provide much better for slightly more money , I can pay that. Also if not local , any ISP which can beat relience plans will be great.Also If ya using relience plans , can ya tell me is it stable ? Can I get a static IP with it also ?I don't know where in which sector I will be living in panchkula ( Will be decided in January too ) . So don't ask me about that.Looking for feedbacks. Thanks.
