I have taken a new Broadband connection and my phone is in commercial (business) plan . But it is seen as follows When checked at dataone.in

Current Service   Home 250 downloadspeed  Upto 2 Mbps

I was specifically told by office 'babus' that broadband home plans don't apply to commercial phone connections.
My data usage in the first week is about 0.8 gb already. That means I will be shooting the bill in mid air.
Should I apply to change the plan to 350C ( so called flexiplan ) which falls in the home plan scheme? Should I apply for business 750?
what is the solution? Any responders please help

Better ask them to check the plan you opted for.
If the phone in your office is in your Personal Name Home 250 seems not in order See Rule 3 below. Did you give the company's name in the application. ?
CONDITION FOR PROVIDING HOME PLAN OR BUSINESS PLAN

1. Either Plan can be taken by the subscribers having telephones in individual names working at homes/residences used for personal use/purpose.

2. Subscribers having telephones in the name of Company, firms, shops, educational institutes or any other commercial entity can take only Business Plan. They are not eligible for Home Plan.

3. Telephones working in individual names at commercial/ business/ office premises are also not entitled for Home Plans.

4. Home plan can be taken on Bfones in name of Government/company but actually working at residences of their employees. An undertaking shall have to be given by the customer in this regard.

Para two : What is your IP ? Is it 117.xx.xx.xx New users or 59.xx.xx.xx ( very old users)
How you got 59.xx.xx.xx now. clarify.

Thanks for your quick response. I will check with the office on Monday. And I didnt get your IP question. My account started in the second half of OCtober. The phone is few months older. How do I check the IP. How did you get my IP. Please let me learn. Thanks

Check IP address of your computer - Know IP Information
I am not sure. should be 117.xx.xx.xx only.
Then you must have a 14digit portal ID to check your usage. bbservice.bsnl.in
If it is 59.xx.xx.xx you are accessing a different usage portal.10.240.43.216 etc
