Home 750 UL First Bill Explanation Required

Hi All,

I have a Home 750 UL BB plan. Applied for this connection on March 10 and got it on March 26. Before 10 days i got the bill for March month. Below are the details.

Fixed Charges - 180
Call Charges - 237
Debits - 1750
Gross Amount - 2167
Tax - 117
Credits - 750

Total - 3034


I am fine with rest of the charges except the Debits. Because it should be Rs.750 since i have my own modem. I think they have charged me for modem. Please confirm.

Total - 3034==============>>>>> (2167+117) minus rs 750/= is equal to ???
Presume you have the telephone connection earlier.
Can avoid Rs 180 also .
Check the BB tariff plans again.

Thanks for your quick reply..Rental charges is no where mentioned in the tariff of the Home 750 UL plan. I mistyped one thing..Ts 750 is not for credits ..it is Security Deposit...In the debit details sections they have clearly mentioned as Debit COde AmtBBRNT 750.So they have taked Rs.750 for rent / month. The remaining amt is Rs.1000/- which is for modem I suppose....
