Home Combo+ Getting same speeds in morning and night Unlimited time

Hi All,

I have taken Home Combo+ connection which is activated just 2 days back.
I have tested the speeds both in (NIGHT UNLIMITED) and Day time hours
I am getting an average of 70-80 KBps (BOTh TIMES)which is not expected at all.


Ideally in day time it should not be going beyond 32KBps
And in Night Unlimited expected speeds should be 200-220KBps on Average.


Please can anybody tell me what can be the issue.Also any pointers on this will be helpful.

Talk with the Senior Divisional Engineer (SDE) and seek help. May be something related to your port.
