Home Plan UL 1350 Plus -- which plan is this??

I recently opted for a plan change. I asked them for ULF 1350. But instead they have changed my plan to Home Plan UL 1350 Plus. I have no idea which plan this is. Even the website does not show any details about this. I am getting variable speeds from 512kpbs - 1mbps. Torrent speeds are b/w 50-90 kpbs.Anyone know anything about this plan
