I've been facing severe disconnection issues from the past 2 weeks or so. The problem gets worse every night after 10, where it doesn't stay stable for even 2 minutes! I have a GLB 502T modem with a WIFI router and no parallel line.
During the day, it's not that bad. But every day without fail after 10 PM, the net starts disconnecting. Anybody know what's the cause for this?
I have lodged complaints to MTNL a number of times. The linesman had come and tweaked a few settings, but it still did not work. When i called him again to tell him the problem still persists, he was stumped!
Here are my line stats :
Us Rate (Kbps) 509
Ds Rate (Kbps) 2043
US Margin 38
DS Margin 24
Trained Modulation ADSL_2plus_AnxM
LOS Errors 0
DS Line Attenuation 25
US Line Attenuation 11
Peak Cell Rate 1200 cells per sec
Any help would be appreciated as this is causing a great deal of trouble.
