Is anyone hearing?I saw a colour full ad today on times of india, which says dolphin and tump has been conferred with best network , i guess this ad cant be a BIGGER shock just made making me give a much required heartly laugh early morning!I am tired of complaining to 1503, and as suggested by Mr. Sanjay Bafna, i have done the needful of faxing and emailing to relevant General Managers. But in vain, neither have i got their Acknowledgment nor is my network issue resolved.I recently saw an ad, walk the talk, by idea, which i feel is perfectly made ad against service providers like MTNL , where i need to be standing near the window to talk and trust me, the call still drops!!!!!Even in the open spaces the network clarity is far away from satisfactory.The height of network cracking is , even the caller tunes that rings ,cracks! the caller tune ringing for the caller but no call buzzing on the receivers cell is a major issue, coz ppl feel that, the receiver is avoiding the call leading to BIG MISUNDERSTANDINGS!lastly the biggest shock. I have been using Rs 399 MTNL unlimited since DECEMBER 2007. Frustrated with so many dropped calls with 5 - 6 seconds charging me 90 paise each time, i decided to recharge with trump jadu that reduces my call to 49paise. So i refilled first with 399 and then in 1 minute i refilled with trump jadu. Can anyone believe that, when i was charged for mtnl calls, enquiring about it, the 1503 says tht my 399 is deactivated as i refilled with 49 and i cant activated 2 schemes at a time!! How many ppl amongst u r aware of this?i told them that its not mentioned ANYWHERE in the web site, they said they cant help it and i wont be refunded back. After this incident, whatever loyalty i had for MTNL is all gone. The buggers have eaten my Rs 399 without usage!!!!! My frd has apvt network, if he is troubled or over charged, he complains, so that they retain the customer, they credit him with 25 or 50 free sms, after the correction so that they satisfy the customer.Here MTNL has just Snatched away Rs 399 and they have no remorse about it or they are inclined to help. On threatening to discontinue the service, they have no issues about it.So now MTNL not only gives poor network , they have started robbing of customers money. Moreover i wonder 3g, with such high video call rates, whether they can give any service when the call drops in few seconds and there will be any takers?God bless you , MTNL. Its very sad that my 8 year loyalty with you, you just gave me unsatisfactory service...
