I recently moved to Bangalore, and since then have been struggling with the famous "Customer Care" of Dish TV trying to get my dish installed at the new residence. Even after two weeks of calling and screaming over the phone no one has showed up. I have run out of patience, and am going to cancel my subscription.
The thing is, I still have one month of subscription left paid in advance. Is there any chance that I can get back my money for July? Anybody have an idea on whom to call?
If that is not possible, is there at least a phone number where I can call and vent out my frustration? I just want to give them an earful before I am done with them.
