Hi everyone..
I'd like to share a problem that I've been facing for a while now which i feel is quite strange.
Every evening I face continuous internet disconnections.
It goes off at around 6-6.30 pm and then makes several attempts to connect but only for a brief period before it goes off again this cycle goes on through out the night until it connects on the next day only. I complained to BSNL a Hundred times but of no avail.
The funny part is I call 1500 & register a complaint for Broadband and they call up to ask if the telephone is working.
The worst part is the internet is absolutely fine during the day & it disconnects only after 6pm which is beyond their duty hours so no one can come to check it and the lineman calls only on the next day to say the line is fine from his side so there is NO CHANCE OF BROADBAND DISCONNECTION. Ha..then I must out of my mind to complain.
I spoke to the engineer also..he doesn't seem to have any clue as to how this could happen
I appeal to the Moderators, everyone & anyone who might be knowing about a solution to this, also anyone who has faced this problem before and got it successfully resolved, I would be grateful to all your inputs & suggestions..
