both cherrinet and railwire is there in my area. opted for railwire and seems a good choice for me. my friend has cherrinet. though it has no FUP limits, comparatively i felt railwire is stable in speed and high availability. only problem i felt is local cable operators are dealing the monthly payments.

customer support: i used to struggle while renewal of plan on weekends. apart from that, i didn't contact customer support much. response was not bad. oh, by the way while am typing, am seeing something good in their customer portal.
so, these guys are trying hard to sort out this prime issue. let me give a try this stuff when i renew the plan next time.
