I contacted my ISP and they told me that the
router they provided only works in PPPoE mode. I doubt it as they just don't want the customer to configure there own router with it.
UPDATE: So I managed to make it work by unchecking the VLAN ID of the current PPPOE profile of the ISP router (You can also delete it but it disabling it this way is also fine) and rebooting my
TP-Link router. Now the only issue is that my Landline has stopped working (No dial tone). IPTV is working fine though as it is connected to the other static ipv4 profile.
