How is Download And Upload Speed in Kolkata, Garia

Last 7 year i using bsnl, but now i am thinking to change my ISP for better download and upload speed. I just wondering what download and upload speed if i take Reliance 4mbps plan. and how reliable is the connection, like for bsnl i rarely get offline, how is the reliance connection up time and their customer service. is reliance download and upload speed constant or it drop sometimes?PS: if anyone from Kolkata, Garia, using reliance broadband please share your experience.

Well, for the most part, I get stable speeds on my Thunder 699 plan.

There has been an instance where I've faced downtime for over two days, thought this was over a span of two months.

I only called up customer after two days and the resolution in getting the problem resolved was met promptly. My line was up and running in just over 4 hours after having called up customer care.
