I am living in Chennai. I had used it from June 2019 to January 2020 as far as downtime it was nil in that time. They don't support port forwarding and don't provide static IP. And their routing is average only so you may get high pings and their upload speeds are capped. But for basic stuffs like general browsing and downloads it's decent.
