I am thinking of replacing my current MTNL 1mbps connection with a reliance 699 connection mentioned here (Welcome to Reliance Communications Its because of MTNL's attrocius customer service and tactics such as injecting hard to block ads into websites.
So I would like to know your opinion on their customer service. Are they responsive and helpful when you call them up to fix something? Do their engineers, managers deal with you as if you are humans?
Also, how is their internet service, particularly in Delhi? I am looking for a better quality connection rather than simply speed.
