Dear Murphyslaugh and Friends, New Year Greetings 2008. I would like to know what is the "Waiting Period" when downloading from link-removed using 256 UL Postpaid. For Example, If I download one File of around 100 MB from link-removed -- how long more will i need to wait till i can download the next file ?? Or alternatively can i switch off and on the router as in "MTNL TRIBAND BROADBAND" and avoid such time restrictions imposed by link-removed. Is the waiting period very long under 256 UL from Tata Postpaid when downloading Files -- if Files consist of 2 parts or if one wants to download two separate files pretty quickly ??. You need to wait for 1 hour between your downloads if you are not using premium. That is a very painful approach. There are alternatives to it. Some softwares are available which do bypass these measures from link-removed but they are shortlived as link-removed guys quickly find out and patch such methods.I've been downloading from link-removed for the last 3 yrs. I personally gave up on all these hacks and bot myself a premium a/c. You can't have anything better than that.However if you are still not ready to pay then you can use a tool called "US Downloader". Great piece of s/w. You can paste all RS links into it. It will then automatically keep on checking with the RS server every 5 or 10 mins (You can set the time limit) to see if 1 hour is up or not and then your next d/l starts automatically. You don't need to wait and it also bypasses the text entry matching thing on RS . So no intervention required from your side at all. You just need to wait a lot more.This was in 2006. I'm not sure if the tool works as well now. If i remember correctly a Russian guy with a site named dominius or something was the author.

In case you have a static IP for your PC.. you can change it and download again within the same hour..
but honestly.. get a RS premium.. it's really worth it..

Get a Paypal account.. I think you can pay without a Paypal account(using your International Credit Card) as well..

I restart my modem every time after the downloads and thus my IP gets changed and i can download the file without the waiting time..
just restart the modem and you will be able to download the file... problem is u will have to stay awake the whole night...best option is to get a premium account for 1000 bucks.....anyways u waste a thousand bucks when you eat out 3 or 4 days....:rofl:
