How much does it cost for a static ip?

I would like to know the cost for making my dynamic IP into Static IP, and also the instructions recquired to set it up on the Modem.

I mumbai, it's simple. Take a MTNL 4 mbps connection and 1 static IP comes for FREE. Also no special setup and they themselves configure it from their servers.
