it seems i had problem with my modem back then, today i pinged the mumbai server

ye lol but after seeing your results i feel i should change to tata indicom from MTNL,i mostly want to play on the Pakistan server and my ping most of the time there is over 350 ms due to which i cant
Routing is sooo very bad,i am in delhi and i get lower ping to a Bombay server than to a Lahore server when the distance to Lahore is half of that to Mumbai.

all of european servers excpet russia, and finland will give you a ping of 133-200
Asian countries: China, Singapore, Malaysia, Korea, Thialnad, Honk Kong.
Pakistan will prolly give you heavy ping since they have shittiest routing service. And in india, you should get pings rangin from 16-88ms.
