How much railwire peering speed you get on YouTube?

Me & my friend have railwire connection from same LCO but we get different peering speed at our node. I get 2.5MBs max and he get 5.5MBs max. Why?

I want to know how much peering speed railwire provide?
50mbps? 100mbps? How much?

On how many website railwire provide peering speed? I only find YouTube.

I normally get 4 times the speed on youtube and play store. My plan is 10mbps 60 gb. Upto 60gb I get 40 mbps on youtube and after fup I get 4mbps.

Same here as above, I am also getting 4 times speed on my 2mbps unlimited plan MP circle
