How Safe is our Tata Sky Account ?

Tata Sky on-line account is not very safe.
I am also using Tata Sky (HD) Services.
If anybody know your subscriber ID then can register another mobile number for your subscriber ID and activate any add on pack or movie on demand without your knowledge as they don’t send any confirmation message on your previous registered mobile number.

If Tata Sky Guys are reading this, Please fix this bug.

The ac is very much safe. And to register another mobile number one has to call CC and tell dem the digicomp number and smart card number then only one can change RMN. So its not easy to change RMN.

I agree with you. But issue happened when you are going to register your account first time.

Jignesh is right.. to register another mobile number one has to call CC and tell dem the digicomp number and smart card number then only one can change RMNumber .. anyways you can also call customer care & do anything you want by knowing subscriber id & connection holder name

Yes Jignesh is right . Without having Digicard & Digicomp no one can't change RMN . Even while you activate subscription holiday they ask both no

But RMN can be changed via portal very easily. I have done it many times.. It just takes a few secs.
