I recharged with Quick Power 360 ... it is the same one that I had been using!Does any body know who to contact and get it fixed ? I have been deducted Rs99 towards Night Unlimited for February 2008.Also, I have been told if I try to stop the services then I will not be refunded the amount left in my account. Right now I have little over 5K in my account.Help ..Help .... Help Guys.... Feeling like got raped. !

I had sent a mail to their cc regarding the same but got no reply till now. I will first confirm that Night UL will work before commiting another 3/6 months.

pranKster, What are the cc people telling? Is it possible to restore Night UL again?

CC people say that they cannot say as to when it will be restored. but when it will be restored, they will refund the amount that they have charged dure this time. Obliviously, They don't want to give this in writing too, like other issues.Man it makes one feel like being bullied and you cannot do anything.

Tata is playing cheap games again or you were just unlucky . Mine is expiring on 15 days so i will renew before it expires and let u know what happens .

Man... Now i am scared of renewing. power, when is your expiry? I'll wait till I get a confirmation from you

^^ ok... Mine is 21st... Please do post your status after the renewal. :)

Any new update on this front?power bhai, did you renew? :)

*Sigh*. TI really knows how to mess around with customers doesn't it? I will be renewing my account in a couple of weeks as well. NUL is the main reason I am sticking with TI; if they discontinue that I will certainly look around for another ISP. There won't be much incentive to continue with TI's endless problems without NUL.NUL was just about the only positive development in the whole of 2007 when it came to new plans. Otherwise I think prices are pretty much the same as 2006. Indian broadband seems to be falling further and further behind every passing year.Sometimes I wonder if I will be stuck with 256Kbps for the rest of my life.:wall:
