@yashgarg1803 on whose advice did you buy an XZ000-G7 for Jio? I hate to tell you this but that person is your enemy, not a friend, since G7 doesn't work with Jio at all😔

@tr1k0N4 rip, which XPON works with Jio then? The XPON shows me "Registered (O5)" state right now but can't get IP address on Router :/

@cruzeee I did not need any custom firmware to make my G3 V2 work with JioFiber. One thing I did notice though is slow upload speed. It is fine until about 300 Mbps but not good for 500 Mbps and 1 Gbps plans. Download speed is fine though.

@Zuke thank you for the help, I'll also get that one and just to be sure I need to follow these steps right:
Okay sure, here is as detailed below 👇 for following steps to run third party ont without Jiofiber router...

Jiofiber have GPON SN and Password still accessible via telnet...

On TP-Link ont web ui:-
1) Change GPON SN.
2) Change gpon password.
3) Set vlan default settings (control via OLT).
4) Save it and check PON light because tplink is now bridge mode so you need to connect another router.

On Another router need to clone your VLAN and Mac Address web ui:-
1) Clone the Router MAC address.
2) Add and then Clone the Internet GPON VLAN ID.
Do I also need to modify the Software Version and other settings like Vendor Id etc?
