How to bypass corona message on outgoing calls?

On my Samsung, I am able to bypass by pressing 1 on the dialpad. I assume it should work with any key. But on dad's Redmi note 7, this does not work. Do share if this works on your devices.

If you have caller tune, the message is not played at all.

what the fuck is the government thinking. once or twice a day make sense. especially if you are at least updating the message with new info. why fucking play the same message on every outgoing call. what if i am trying to call the fire brigade? this country is governed by idiots.

@Sushubh After I dial a number, I keep the phone away from my ears till it vibrates (when the person picks it up). So that I don't have to hear the same message repeatedly

Doesn't the phone rings even if Corona message is being played?

Edit: i tried with my landline, i called up my landline from my phone and while the message was playing, the landline was ringing.

the call is not connected till the message ends. otherwise what would other party hear the same message?
