Hello,I have been using Reliance Broadband Plus since a week and I'm highly satisfied with it .. It is giving me great speed and great downloads ..By the way, I have a 10 GB usage limit but on their website, the data I have used is displpayed in KBs per session .. SO now how Do i calculate the total amount of usage as I cant just add all my session and KBs and then divide it by some number to get the actual GB or MB size ..SO is there any way to calucate the data usage with a easier method ??

try to copy paste the data which should be in a form of a table into microsoft excel. then calculate the KBs. then divide by 1000/1024 to get it in MBs. can you provide a screenshot of the data usage screen?

Hello,Thanks for the quick reply .. It will be too cumbersome to copy all the data in excel and then calculate and divide .. But I guess that's the only easy method to calculate .. They should hv provided total data usage for this month kind of thing ..How do I attach a screen shot here in the forum ???

so they are not providing a total at the bottom? pretty sad. at least its a table. if you have ms excel, you can easily copy paste the table and it would be replicated as a spreadsheet. then you can calcuate the last column into a total. should not take more than a couple of minutes.

but still. totally bullshit.

Hey ,Yeah I guess the method that u hv explained will be the only one to calculate data usage .. cant help it buddy .. it's reliance after all .. LOL !!Thanks for the help though !!

Once you login the website, go to unbilled data usage and there in the left pane, click on 'Data', this will show you the usage which is not billed yet, i.e after ur billing cycle. Even I had to bang my head for this, but one very rare helpful customer care representative informed me this.

Hey ..That thing did work .. it shows the total data usage ..Thanks for the information ..Soham
